In the unlikely event of your pet becoming ill during their stay we will contact you immediately.
You will be required to complete and sign a form when you drop your pet off with his/her likes dislikes etc. We also ask you to let us know on this form what you would like to do should your pet become ill. If your pet gets taken to the Vet you are required to sign this section to say you agree to pay any veterinary costs associated with their visit.
All rabbits must be vaccinated against myxomatosis and VHD.
If you are worried about your pet please tell us and we will send pictures and regular updates if requested. We will do our best to make sure your pet is happy and comfortable.

Q: Are you able to collect our pet?
A: Yes, we are able to collect your pets for you, this needs to be arranged in advance, and will incur a small cost which is dependant on location.

A: Yes, there is parking available either on the driveway, or on the street outside.
